Booking and refund policies

These policies cover lash extension appointments, lash training and product orders at Luxury Lash Lounge. Every client, student and buyer is responsible for reading and agreeing to them before booking or buying, and for keeping up to date with them.

Lash extension appointments

• We do not refund lash services.
• We do not refill another lash technician's work. If you are wearing another technician's lashes, book a removal and a new full set.
• A refill needs at least 40% of your lashes remaining. Anything less is a full set and is charged as one.
• Every client must complete our eyelash extension consent form before their appointment. We send it when you book.
• Before every appointment we send a message to confirm the date and time. Please give us correct contact details and confirm your appointment, or it may be cancelled.

Cancellations and lateness

• Give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. A later cancellation counts as a no-show, and your next booking then needs a 50% non-refundable deposit.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment or a training, it is cancelled.

Lash training

• A non-refundable $150 deposit by e-transfer secures your training date.
• We do not refund training courses.
• Give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a training date. Without it, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is needed to book a new date.

Deposits

All deposits, for training, services or product pre-orders, are non-refundable.

Products

• All product sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges, because client safety and product hygiene come first.
• Every product is kept in a sterile, sanitary environment and inspected before it leaves our studio.
