LASH SERVICES

WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES DONE BY LUXURY LASH LOUNGE. WE DO NOT REFILL OTHER LASH TECHNICANS WORK. IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE EYELASHES ON FROM ANOTHER TECHNICIAN YOU MUST BOOK FOR A REMOVAL AND A NEW SET. CLIENTS MUST HAVE 40% OF LASHES REMAINING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A REFILL SERVICE. ANYTHING LESS THAN 40%, WILL BE CONSIDERED A FULL SET AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA. EVERY CLIENT OF OURS MUST FILL OUT OUR  COVID-19 LIABILITY WAIVER & OUR EYELASH EXTENSION CONSENT FORM. THESE FORMS ARE SENT OUT TO EVERY CLIENT DURING THE TIME OF BOOKING AND MUST BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT. PRIOR TO EVERY SERVICE THE CLIENT WILL RECEIVE A CONFORMATION MESSAGE TO CONFIRM THEIR APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME. IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE US WITH THE CORRECT CONTACT INFORMATION AND TO CONFIRM THEIR APPOINTMENT WITH US. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A CANCELLED APPOINTMENT. 

DEPOSISTS

ALL DEPOSITS MADE FOR ANY TYPE OF TRAINING, PRODUCT PRE-ORDERS OR SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

TRAININGS

IN ORDER TO BOOK A TRAINING DATE WE REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $150 VIA E-TRANSFER TO SECURE YOUR SPOT.  WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON ANY TRAINING COURSES HOSTED BY LUXURY LASH LOUNGE. 

PRODUCTS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES AS CLIENT SAFTEY AND PRODUCT HYGIENE IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. ALL LUXURY LASH LOUNGE PRODUCTS ARE KEPT IN STERILE SANITARY ENVIRONMENT AND CAREFULLY INSPECTED PRIOR TO LEAVING OUR FACILITY. DAMAGE OCCURRING IN TRANSIT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CARIER. 

 CANCELATIONS

WE REQUIRE A 24 HOUR NOTICE IN THE CASE THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO CANCEL WITHIN THE 24 HOUR TIME PERIOD , WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO SHOW AND THE CLEINT WILL BE REQUIRE TO PAY A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT UPON BOOKING THEIR NEXT APPOINTMENT. WE REQUIRE A 48 HOUR NOTICE IN THE CASE THAT YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR TRAINING DATE, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL FORFEIT YOUR ORIGINAL DEPOSIT AND REQUIRE ANOTHER DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR NEW TRAINING DATE.

LATE POLICY

FAILURE TO SHOW UP WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT/ TRAINING TIME WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION .
